Skills and Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management
At least 8 years of experience in large scale Construction IT related projects
Certification on ITIL Foundation or Practitioner is an advantage
Certification on any of PM Tools and Solutions (e.g. MCITP in EPM) is an advantage
Knowledge in relevant IT solutions for managing digital experience systems.
Knowledge in Airport specific Applications and Technologies.
Must have worked on at least one major airport terminal construction project
Aviation field experience is a must
Worked on an ORAT program for another major airport is an advantage
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive project team to meet goals and objectives
Fluent in English (verbal and written), Arabic is a plus, good typing skills
Knowledge of Digitial Transformation and Experience Systems, knowledge of IT standards
Minimum Years of Experience: 10
PMP or industry recognized project management certification
Roles and Responsibilities
Previouse experience of Omnichannel digital solutions design and delivery is a must
Previouse experience in Managing Agile Mobile App development projects is a must
Agile Project Management experience and certification is a must
Previouse experience of Ecommerce platforms and payments solutions is a must
Oversee successful delivery of assigned projects, which are large in size, strategic or highly complex, coordinating with multiple senior business managers, other departments ADAC and other sections of IT Manage one or more large and strategic IT external partner or subcontractor (such as Offshore providers or off the shelf system providers), where contract values are high and where there contribution is significant to the scope and success or failure of the project (s)
Lead business benefits realization and return on IT investment of assigned business IT projects by ensuring all aspects of business change and transformation are effectively enabled and managed through the lifecycle of solution delivery
Responsible for evaluation of internal and external solutions and service providers on assigned business IT projects to enable delivery of the most optimal IT solutions to the relevant ADAC Group business units Ensure solution designs meet the business strategies and requirements and the right solutions consisting of the relevant integration across external products, internal applications, and custom development (internal or external) are being proposed and implemented
Manage the complexity of stakeholder management, communications, and systems integration from the variety of internal and external specialist service providers so that the business gets a single owner for end-to-end delivery of assigned business IT projects
Effectively protect the investment of the ADAC Group on assigned large, complex strategic business IT projects by continuous assessment of major risks and issues on assigned business IT projects and address them to ensure the solutions are delivered within the agreed parameters and agreed benefits are realized Address situational awareness, conflicts and prioritization issues between stakeholder business units, internal IT departments, and suppliers Where relevant raise the level of awareness of major show stopper risks and issues and expertly drive steering groups towards re-planning, recovery or termination of business IT projects
Support in the development of the overall Digital solution systems , working across multiple stakeholders, boundaries and internal program teams
Regularly conduct system maintenance activities and recommend solutions for digital system enhancement
Develop the implementation and improvement strategies to drive growth and integration of Digital Solution system across ADAC and its subsidiaries
Record and maintain Digital solutions system maintenance records for auditing and compliance purposes
/nbSupport and assist in the identification and initiation of innovative and cost effective Digital solutions system/ software development projects and systems enhancements
Provide continuous support to the Digital solution delivery by identification and implementation of the required system updates / upgrades as well as the resolution of all software related issues across ADAC airports
Conduct monthly service reviews with end users and ensure that all issues are addressed to ensure operations continuity
Liaise between the solution delivery team and the end users internally and externally to ensure the successful implementation of digital solution
Define and implement the digital solution’s quality standards and ensure compliance across the solution delivery team.
Provide delivery support in integration, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring program timelines, milestones and project objectives are maintained in coordination with the project manager
Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager
